"If it re-starts, I hope a few of the players will be different. Leaders are only as good as their teams, and teams are only as good as their leaders."

"Each time, it took too long to face reality and change plan."

"If you're right 80% of the time, you're a superstar and should have some credibility. If only 20%, your dead wood, regardless of what image we want to portray. Both of these statments are true, regarless if you like what is being said."

"The usual consitration on getting the job done, rather than taking some time to ensure the job and machines were maintained properly to maximize uptme, thus throughput."

"PM, PM, PM and just when you thought you were done with PM's, PM again. More time spent ensuring the equipment is maintained, less time spent getting the lines back up and running."
