"The only thing I really didn't like was that the probation period ended and they didn't make the effort to keep me. I really did a good job, never came late, and I never missed a day."

"Management should try to focus on the people who really try their best on what they're doing, so when their probation is almost near, see if they can keep that person or relocate that person somewhere else."

"You may want to consider another company. Their goal is to have a small contract work force and sale product over the net!! More layoffs are in store, and I feel bad for those who are fearing loosing their jobs every other day!"

"Top management is sub-par, and they are going in a bad direction!"

"Management needs to look at what they were doing when the company had 30+ years of stock and dividend growth! This company is trying too hard to be P.C. and fit into the current market as a favorable company to many individuals and groups!!"

"There were too many contractors coming in and doing the work that the current employees should be trained to do."

"Train employees to do what the contractors coming in can do, so you don't have to pay $100/hr to contractors. Promote from within."

"The security of the pharmaceutical industry and Pfizer road record of buying companies and cutting jobs makes everyone a little nervous."

"Keep doing what you are doing."

"There were 50% layoffs in the sales group I was in. Primary considerations fell onto geography of new territories. My territory was eliminated."

"I disliked the career advancement there for those who want to become a district manager or remain in the same function, but with senior titles. I was starting to look for opportunities that would help me advance professionally."
