"Listening to customers and trying to figure out what they need, what they are going to be doing with it, then suggest a proper item. Seeing a smile on their faces when they find what they want. Putting stock away and verifying stock is put in the correct place. I get to see what needs to be done and do it."

"Not enough hours."
"The company doesn't give me enough hours to take care of my family even though I have asked. That's my only complaint."
