"After the holiday season the store was dead. I couldnt apply my degree at OfficeMax becasue I am an art major."

"I dont have any suggestion for the managment because the store was one of the best in the US."
"Office Max is a very good company to work with. The managers are excellent and open communication culture is very good."

"Although i'm not working with any company right now but when I did I liked the people I work with."

"None for now. But I always say if you are yourself at all times, nothing ever goes wrong."

"Advertised product not being at the stores,they never inspected what they expect."

"Listen what outfield managers have to say. The best comes within."
"I worked at OfficeMax beginning in 2018 and loved the client-focused business model instilled in all employees from the bottom-up. This created a culture where our team focused on our guests while building cohesiveness within our store. Overall a great learning experience."

"Gaining a larger portion of the market share, working with many different customers, in multiple different market segments and providing them with a service that assists them, presentations, bids and more."

"Be forthcoming with your needs and desires as they are very interested in each individual, their strengths and weaknesses and the improvement of the individual skill set."

"Their reputation in the marketplace at the time and the corporate direction being on hold at the time with no true CEO."

"None, this company has strong field management and good company values, was just experiencing growing pains and environmental market changes at the time."

"I have been working for Office Max for almost 2 years now and I must say it is a very nice place to work depending on the people you end up working with. I have seen great experiences and bad experiences from other associates here. However, be prepared because it is still the customer services industry and people, and if you are not used to it it may take some adjustment."
