"Be very prepared to discuss your job history background and achievements. Specifically, how you made it come to fruition.They are very big into having past experiences as being part of a team, so be ready to illustrate how you were a member of a team and how you made contributions towards raising the success level for that team."

"It was huge! It was very hard to network with people in the home office."

"That they had too many representative out in the field. The average specialty type doctor had as many as 8 different Novartis reps calling on him. They need an outside consulting agency to offer them ways on how to stream line their sales staff without sacrificing the effectiveness of getting sales."
