"The none reacting , and coordination between production and the product development dept., also the lack of comittment on corporate to spent the nessasary money to complete the building of a separate building at the site for R-D!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Over Management in production. Concentrate more on quality as apposed to Quantity, quality brings about quality."
