"The fact that after 21.5 years of service, I was part of a site closure."

"Put a higher value on your most important resources. Evaluate your candidates and be frank in your job descriptions."
"I was an Intern. I didn't get much bonus but as far as knowledge, I get a lot."
What do you like about working at Nokia?
"As an Intern they gave me a complete exposure to the Mobile Communication. How it works from transmitter through mobile and to the receiver. They also showed their devices in order to get to know about them. I can say it was a great experience."

"I don't have any special tips for the interviewer but what I think is that interviewer should not look for how much he knows but they should get to catch that how much he can grab and apply in the practical world if he is given opportunity."

"I cannot say regarding all Nokia Siemens network but the place where I was taken as intern I can say what I don't like was the Management."

"I am not a professionally experienced person. But as a student intern I only thought of cooperative management."

"The environment is very lax and it's very macro-managed."

"It's a great company. It's very flex and depending on who you work for it will make your job that much easier to do. Be honest and they will love, cherish and fight for you."
