"I worked for Nokia Bell Labs during the summer and fall of 2019 as a research intern, and found the work environment to be highly positive and supportive of researchers. There were many senior researchers who would dedicate their time in helping out other employees with their taks."

What do you like about working at Nokia?

"Learning and growing and collaborating with colleagues and experiencing something new."

What don't you like about working at Nokia?

"I would prefer to work for a small or middle size company as the role of individual is more clear."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest on the young bright people and believe them in what they do."

"I was an Intern. I didn't get much bonus but as far as knowledge, I get a lot."

What do you like about working at Nokia?

"As an Intern they gave me a complete exposure to the Mobile Communication. How it works from transmitter through mobile and to the receiver. They also showed their devices in order to get to know about them. I can say it was a great experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I don't have any special tips for the interviewer but what I think is that interviewer should not look for how much he knows but they should get to catch that how much he can grab and apply in the practical world if he is given opportunity."

What don't you like about working at Nokia?

"I cannot say regarding all Nokia Siemens network but the place where I was taken as intern I can say what I don't like was the Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am not a professionally experienced person. But as a student intern I only thought of cooperative management."
