"The location, hours, the lack of security, the building we work in."

"Get the IT department in a well lit and comfortable area with more space."

"A good bunch of guys to be around. They listen to me and do what is asked of them, and they work hard for me as their Lead, because they see me on a daily basis working hard for them."

"Ask about their layoffs. Ask when they are planning another. I have nothing bad to say about the company because all in all they are a good company to work for, just no job security...."

"Layoffs, Layoffs, Layoffs!! I just need a stable job for my family and I."

"Bring in more small jobs. More Job Shop work to keep the doors open for your employees."

"I like the people I work with and the store manager is very reasonable and understanding."

"The hiring process on all levels has become more intense. They are looking for well qualified people and its starts with the interviews and the training."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"Depending on the manager, promotions can be favored and therefore harder for some."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company is in the process of restructuring their entire image to the consumer, so the new employees go through a rigorous training course and learn the new structure and core values etc. Management needs to share that information with the existing employees because it doesn't seem that there is a focus towards those that have been there."

"I enjoy learning new things and applying them to the job, and also I enjoy the people."

"If you want to do a particular thing you need to hold out for that because recruiters will have you do whatever they need filled."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"In the military sometimes it can get overwhelming if you allow it to bother you, such as a 9 month deployment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, the management is our commander and chief and he is out of my pay grade."
