"The only down side to the job is the lack of room to move up. As a contract to hire it is very hard to get full time employment. Other than that the job is amazing. Very nice, relaxed environment with a great group of people to work with. Tons of new things to learn weather or not you are strong in the field of networking."

"Ensure that you know exactly what you're getting into. This is a very high paced work environment and you have to be able to multitask efficiently as well as knowing your job as a network engineer."

"There was lack of organization within the company which caused confusion for others in the work place."

"I would like for management to start holding employees accountable for actions so it ensures fairness between co-workers."

What do you like about working at Integra Telecom?

"The things I enjoyed most about working at Eschelon telecom was the people that I worked with as well as the ever changing technology which kept me interested in keeping up with the equipment and the industry standards."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You definitely need to know the work that's involved with the job description you are applying for. This industry is not for people who can not work under pressure and who need to have someone watching over their shoulder all the time to make sure they are doing things correctly."

What don't you like about working at Integra Telecom?

"There were not a lot of negative things that I can say about my employer. Lack of positive feedback would be really the aspect I would say I disliked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keeping the employees content by informing them of changes within the company and industry that are relevant to them. Also making any resources that would help them improve on their ability to perform at the top of the field they are working in such as any new products or changes in the architecture of the devices and programming they are and will be working with."
