"Overall, Motorola has been an exciting learning experience. The position I hold is vastly different from roles I've had previously and this was a challenge for me, which has been rewarding.I find that the overall communication within the organization is lacking and while I am motivated and a self-starter, I find that often there is not good direction from superiors; we often only receive vague or generalized instruction and are offered little to no help if we ask for more direction."

"Unfortunately, seeing a great company go from a multI divisional successful company to a name put in a trust as the last 2 divisions were dissolved into 2 different companies."

"Over the last few decades an explosion of integrated circuits that are not only denser and more powerful but have low-cost, low-power embedded systems."

"Don't have a vast storage of items with the company logo on them. For instance a book bag with the insignia Intel Inside. Or a pen-pencil set with the engraving Motorola."

"Way too heavy in the management ranks, it was always very disconcerting to see the rank and file being axed while management in Motorola Labs was flourishing."
