"The below review applies to only the retail banking and mass affluent "Merrill Edge", NOT Merrill Lynch platform. In my opinion, Bank of American places emphasis on individual daily numbers without taking steps to understand fully how those numbers came to be for any individual contributor. Due to its failures to dive deeper in understanding these results, it is not creating a level playing field for same spaced employees; thus alienating and losing top talent due to local management flaws."
