Submit a Review"I'm am engineer, so working in marketing was a frustrating experience. People seem predisposed to treating marketing as an inexact art. I've tried to implement a system that would help calculate marketing effectiveness, but there was a lot of push-back from fairly entrenched perspectives. Not a complaint, really, but just a difficult environment for a guy who's used to structure and unambiguous accountability."
"Marketing department is still without a rudder. It executes great, but not always in the right direction, and results are difficult to ascertain. On the plus side, the rank-and-file people are the best you'll ever find. Great bunch of people!"

What don't you like about working at Kabira Technologies?
"While I do enjoy working at Kabira, I do not like being in a position that has no room for growth - regardless of time spent at the company. Employees are often at Kabira for over ten years with no advancement. While that is fine for some, I have higher expectations for myself and for the companies I like to work for."
