"homogeneous work and personality type kills creativity and encouraged mediocre work at worst. It was a constant challenge trying to get upper management to test out new ideas."

"Senior management of late has been more about politics and keeping the wrong (translate unproductive) managers in place than keeping the hard and creative workers."
