"I was very happy working at Mantech. The company was great and they were very employee oriented. The managers believed in their employees and the work/life balance was really good. The only reason I left was to work closer to home. Although I didn't apply to Mantech they purchased the company I worked for (Grayhawk Systems Corporation). They treated all employees like family. I would recommend Mantech to anyone."

"I've worked in this position under two different contracts since 2007. We are housed in a WWI hanger with little heat and no AC. But that is what gives the job some character. We work eight nines and one eight to get every other Friday off and that is a plus."
