"I have worked for IHG for 23 years and it is a good company with a great culture. The people is what makes this company and allows them to continue to be successful."
"I worked for Intercontinental Hotel Group for nearly 5 years. The term "Hospitality" wasn't just their business, it was their "Modus Operandi". I felt at home on my very first day and was given the task of designing the Hadoop & Google Data Flow and and table structures for the new Reservation system. When the Virus hit, IHG went overboard in keeping staff as long as possible."
"A great company that invests in its people with an understanding that they are the organization's greatest asset."

"IHG is a great company. However InterContinental Buckhead Executive Leadership needs a lot of improvement. The Executive Directors don't listen to the employees nor support the employees and this is unfortunately why the property is continually dropping on tripadvisor.com and why the property has unsatisfying guest satisfactory scores."
"Great work environment and relationship with coworkers but no real direction from top down leadership and room to grow."
