"They pay me. That's about the only reason to stay."

"If you like bureaucracy and a one-size-fits-all enviornment, go for it."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Trying to increase price per share by reducing expenses, and the biggest expense is the employees, so there's constant layoffs. There's very little money spent to keep a quality product in development"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You're not a software company. Stop acquiring new software companies, and give the existing software engineers the resources they need to get the job done."
