"Some of the preparers are dishonest. It can sometimes be dog eat dog when you are working on commission. Our office coordinator paid the receptionist to book other preparer's clients with her. She paid her cash in front of many people."

"Do what is fair and correct the situation with office coordinators. Just because of their title, they shouldn't be favored."

"Having to put up with new preparers each year who are not adequately trained to prepare complex returns but do it anyway for the money."
