"Relationship building opportunities with local and national business owners. Option to work from one of 3 office locations or to work remotely from my home office. Complete ownership of local marketing campaigns and event coordination. Sales and marketing training for all retail managers."

"Lack of growth opportunity in this geographic area. Little or no opportunity for commissions or bonus based on my performance or business connections."

"Provide this position with the opportunity to grow the customer base and be rewarded for the new clients I bring to the company. Expand the digital advertising budget with options to grow and include more remote locations."
