"There are practically no reviews or guidance from the leadership, with the exception of the layoff exit interview, and all goals are based solely on metrics."

"Have actual medical benefits, more regular employees, and real goals and reviews."

"There are still very good people who understand business who work there. If you could find them, they were great collaborators."

"If you are looking at an IT position, just be aware that you will have no free time between Labor Day and the end of January. You may have to give up holidays if projects are going badly or business can't make decisions."

"Constant change of senior leadership. Indecision on where the company was going and, as a result, what changes need to be made to applications to support the business."

"Infuse leadership into upper management and get rid of micromanaging."

"Client (internal and external) interaction is the best part of the job. Also, learning the ins and outs of the current tax laws is fascinating."

"Be sure to obtain all the information you can prior to accepting a position. Employees finding themselves disgruntled in the middle of the tax season do not service our clients well."

"The compensation provided for tax preparation is low. Given my experience and education, it should be much higher."

"As a part-time seasonal employee, I have little to no input regarding management decisions. Empowerment goes a long way towards job satisfaction."

"Lack of growth opportunity in this geographic area. Little or no opportunity for commissions or bonus based on my performance or business connections."

"Provide this position with the opportunity to grow the customer base and be rewarded for the new clients I bring to the company. Expand the digital advertising budget with options to grow and include more remote locations."
