"I was temp employee for 6 months. I became permanent in April. I apply for Quality Assurance Techician they still haven’t offer me the position. I took the job as Manufacturer Techician because my supervisor had told me as soon as there is opening he will let me know. I haven’t heard anything yet."
"Genmark does not treat their employees with respect, they do not give employees any work/life balance. Too much overtime, too much weekend work, some people work 7 days a week with overtime and if they refuse, then they are fired. No job security. Hard to take any time off. The amount of physical labor is ridiculous. Making someone work overtime and double time hours with minimal breaks while doing pure manual labor is ridiculous. They need to hire more people so that people can have a break. They don't value their employees and the hard work that they do. People are disposable at Genmark and management does not treat their employees the way they should. The management pretty much just sucks. The only good thing about this company was the fellow employees who made working there bearable. If the people I worked with weren't so nice, I would have quit on the first day, hands down. Everyone I spoke to complains daily about working here, I did not meet a single employee who loved their job there."
