"Good opportunity for a young person who may wish to move around and gain a broad work experience. Need to accept some level of bureaucracy and conform to corporate processes and systems."

What don't you like about working at General Electric?

"Large size results in overly-bureaucratic environment. Sometimes it seems that we are in the PowerPoint presentation business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look into actual empowerment of employees rather than use as a slogan only."

"Working culture of the people. I like the quality prospects the company sets and the way they follow."

"Prepare much on six sigma processes. They concentrate on quality. Most of the time you should be physically fit."

"Processes are slow and takes much time. The learning process is slow."

"To concentrate on the production and release of new parts in a fast pace."

"It was interesting because you had everything from design engineering to factory production in three closely spaced facilities."
