What don't you like about working at The Gap?

"I took the job strictly for experience, knowing I was going to be taking a huge pay cut in return, so I knew I was going to have to relocate or grow in the company once I was thoroughly trained here. Also, I decided that San Francisco was great for one year, but I missed southern California."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great, but promoting from within could be looked at more closely- there were a lot of talented associates who could have been very beneficial if given more opportunity and recognition."

"It is a very fun atmosphere and very relaxed. I love the fact that Gap Inc. is really contentious about the environment and work hard to recycle. They are also work really hard to ensure the factories where they get their fabric do not have child labor"
