"The cafe is somewhat limited in its selection, but the quality of the food available is good."

"Establish flex hours for all areas. This would allow for weather delays and traffic accidents."

"The team of engineers at the los angeles branch and their close minded oppession, and outcasting of individuals."

"Always review like a judge and not only go by negative things but also view what the individual actually accomplished and give them opprotunities to growth and not stomp them or close/ slamp doors at them."

"Show complete professionalism. Bring samples of your work. Dress in a suit and tie. Exude confidence."

"There was a culture at PennonI of the Extra mile not being extra. Many, if not most employees put in unclaimed over time, which gave management false expectations."

"I'd learn the names of my employees, and offer free coffee."

"My advice for others interviewing for the position would be to have family or friends available in case unexpected events at word arise causing an unexpected delay."

"I did not like the fact that our location was just getting started and I had no backup incase I encountered any unexpected events that would require me to have to miss work."

"I would suggest that management would have been able to pull resources from other branches to reinforce our workforce."

"The environment was pretty much to my liking. I didn't find anything that I disliked'"

"The group that I was part of, was managed very well."

"Feast or famine; good times bad times."
What do you like about working at Boeing?
"I liked the medical insurance, the 401k, the experience of working at a big company. In many ways I felt employees were treated fairly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My advice is if you are offered a job, ask for more money. It's my understanding the job offers are negotiable. But before that I'd say ask about the program you'll be working on. Specifically ask about the health of the program, if it's a government contract and approximately how long the job will last."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"I felt there was no growth opportunity for me. Management tried to move me up but HR wouldn't allow it because I was still in school at the time and not done with school."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managers needed to be more realistic about the groups/projects they were managing. I would suggest managers needed to be more accountable for their groups. Too many times managers would lie to each other about what their groups could do and what they have accomplished. It was like they were playing a mixture of chicken and the blame game. Nobody would take responsibility for missed schedules. It was very frustrating to us worker bees."

"I love testing servers/storage. I love finding bugs and helping improve the products."

"Do your research. Interview the people interviewing you. Ask questions."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"Lack of planning turns into emergencies, not enough hardware to build configs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better planning, acquire necessary hardware for upcoming projects, create training goals for personnel."
