What do you like about working at TRAX International?
"I thoroughly enjoyed the testing atmosphere and the items we tested. I wish I hadn't gotten a DUI and was still working there. The people and work there are definitely one of a kind."

"Come prepared to answer some unique questions and take a couple of tests."
What don't you like about working at TRAX International?
"I don't like how impersonal the company feels when it comes to the employees and upper management. There was a serious change in management though that was probably the cause for that though."

"Work on being a little more involved with your employees. It's one thing to say you care and an entirely different thing to mean it."

"The people that I worked with were very pleasant. This is a family setting."

"They do pay well, but they expect you to put in tons of hours. That is unless you are a favored few."

"The company leaders lacked vision. The partners do not like to take responsibility for their actions. They like to pass the buck when it comes to taking action and standing up for their employees."

"Listen and take responsibility. Stand behind your employees. Take a look at yourselves before you place blame on someone else."

"Bad experience because of other coworkers, and lacking expertise of engineers."
What do you like about working at 3M?
"Worked as a contractor. For me nothing I liked about the place. Too many relatives who got the place cornered/dysfunctional."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company as a whole is great but in the touch division (microtouch) I wouldn't totally recommend it. The stock keeps on going up and 3M has other great products. The touch screen stuff was fun but they operate borderline with the way any company should operate and treat their employees and contractors."
What don't you like about working at 3M?
"The people in the QA department were horrible. Some people liked to hide tools. Many blame games going around too. Got rid of other temps but expect you to keep the work load the same."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"All were very educated but next to useless in getting anything done."

"A great company with great benefits. This was going to be my last company."

"Government jobs get closed for no reason to. Do not get too secure here."

"Good hours, great benefits, close to home and a secure job, I thought."

"No problems, a fine job. Then the Norwood branch was closed and I had no job. It was a nightmare. I had just been married and bought a house."

"Great benefits, very clean work environment. They take care of the people that work there."

"Astra was bought buy Zenica and is now Astrazenica. I left to avoid being laid off again."

"Long work hours. Clean rooms. Security is everywhere. I was always tired."

"A good place, a good company. Maybe I should not have left."
