"Like: Originally, the compensation was good for a non-educated field. That has been getting worse since 2007 and while Terracon's benefit package is above-average, the monetary compensation is well below average unless you are a senior level manager. Dislike: The constantly changing hours, the dilapidated offices, the senior level managers who are out-of-touch with field conditions, the lack of job security, the constant high turnover, the below-average fleet vehicles (c'mon, 2 wheel drive trucks are deathtraps when it snows 6 months out the year), the poorly integrated technology (Blackberry?), the understaffed field technicians, and the general sense of despair."
