"Speak slowly to the Japanese nationals. They understand English, but it is a second language for them."

"Two cultures in the Japan based company. You had to explain everything 3 times to a Japanese national that did not understand the marketplace."

"Not much, they shut down the US aftermarket brand in 2010."

"Act confidently but not arrogant. Don't get flustered by questions. Be prepared."

"I'm in the wrong job. I took the job as a Sales Manager but would prefer to be just in Sales. While the creative types are impressive and do great work, the are extremely sensitive and read things into what I say. I am appreciative of what they do but I could say Great job and they may think is he saying I didn't do a great job before Also, they can be a little judgemental of others"

"Make sure that everyone in the company shared the same purpose of the most important thing is getting the client what they want in the most economical way"

"Don't kill yourself for the owners they only care about their bank account."

"owners bad management with money"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Slow down on buying personnel planes, Ferraris, BMW's, Mercedes, Plastic Surgery, Trips to Italy and buying vacation homes. Invest that money into the employee's and company infrastructure."
