"I'm in the wrong job. I took the job as a Sales Manager but would prefer to be just in Sales. While the creative types are impressive and do great work, the are extremely sensitive and read things into what I say. I am appreciative of what they do but I could say Great job and they may think is he saying I didn't do a great job before Also, they can be a little judgemental of others"
