"I felt as though having an opinion was unacceptable and there was no room to be creative. Everything had to be the way the owner wanted it."

"I would have listened to my employees more and addressed the real issues instead of trying to put a bandaid on the problem by jumping in, taking over, and ultimately demeaning my employees."
