"Continue to look for other jobs even after accepted as most of the engineers leave after about 2 years (so you don't get cold from the job hunt practice)."

"Communication is key and there is only so much one person can get done in an 8 hour day. If they are tasked with 10 things to do something has to give and some things just wont get done. More employees are needed to take some of the stress off of the overworked employees who have too much assigned to them."
