"I liked when I was empowered to make management decisions using my discretion."

"I didn't like how they had me manage and revamp every area that needed work, and as soon as I get it into working order, they would position me in another area that was neglected so that I would revamp that area next."

"I liked my job, and the employees I worked with were dedicated and hard working people."

"The company did not pay the salary required for certain positions. The communication between the mortgage area and field services area was not effective which caused duplicate efforts. At the time, they also did not have all of the procedures and policies updated on a regular basis."

"It is close to my residence."

"I disliked management working style and pay, and also, the quality of co-workers."

"The compensation package at Sears needs to be considered as per employee's education. Supervising staff should be cooperative to all subordinate staff."

"Too big."

"I wasn't a closing supervisor, I was a servicing manager. I am a good people manager and loved that part of it."

"TCF no longer has a servicing operation/mortgate company in Minnesota."

"I worked there many years ago. I quit to be an at home Mom."

"None. Management was great, they hated to lose me, and I missed my job."

"Travel, and moving of key production to China."
