"It is a very professional organization with good policies and standards. The executives work hard and they're very professional."

"If you interview for an administrative position, be prepared to remain in that position until you leave the firm. If you go in as a consultant or higher, there's more opportunity for you."

"I didn't like the fact that they didn't believe in promoting their administrative staff."

"Depending on experience and performance, they should give their administrative staff an opportunity to grow like the other positions in the firm."

"The methodology, quality, professionalism, and opportunity the company provides. There are some really talented people working for Deloitte. The company provides resources and trainings that are hard to find anywhere. There are always opportunities to grow within the company."

"Deloitte is an excellent company but office to office varies."

What don't you like about working at Deloitte?

"My comments are very specific to the Pittsburgh Office but as a whole Deloitte is one of the best companies to work for. The Pittsburgh office is small and has too much office politics going on. They have double standards for minorities. There is no work life balance; there is work and more work balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Because of office politics all the good managers/consultants have either left the company or transferred out to another office. During my last 8 months Pittsburgh office lost 17 employees/manager. I think the regional office independent of the Pittsburgh office should look into this."

"Can be given an assignment in any trade field at any time, regardless of knowledge base."

"If you get an interview you will meet with staff first them maybe one or two managers. Trade knowledge is important, as well as working well in team environment."

"Little involvement or interaction with the Partner."

"Ensure that management communicates with others frequently, especially if on long term client assignment."
