"Treat others as you want to be treated, be fair, be honest, create incentives for your workers to strive for some better goal."

"Some of the latest management people didn't have the experience to move to different departments. So things ran slow and difficult."

"Don't keep management moving around the company so quickly. And try to let the design team do their jobs. Not everything is money ran. Take too much out of the product and no one will buy cars."
