"I can't think of anything I did not enjoy about working at Onyx other than having additional job titles. For example, senior loan counselor or specialist, once someone has exceeded the role of their current title as loan counselor."

"Instead of a biweekly email of balances moved, I would have liked to see my progress a little more frequently since a bulk of our performance was based on balances moved to reach our monthly goal."

"I have over a 100-mile round trip commute, and the tollway is the easiest access to get there (tollway fees are over $100/mo)."
