"Work hard and keep an open mind when speaking to customers, as one result may not work for all customers."

"I can't think of anything I did not enjoy about working at Onyx other than having additional job titles. For example, senior loan counselor or specialist, once someone has exceeded the role of their current title as loan counselor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Instead of a biweekly email of balances moved, I would have liked to see my progress a little more frequently since a bulk of our performance was based on balances moved to reach our monthly goal."

"I like the casual environment, and duties cycle every 6 months. It's a great area and facilities."

"Let them know that you are a quick learner and computer literate."

What don't you like about working at Capital One?

"I have over a 100-mile round trip commute, and the tollway is the easiest access to get there (tollway fees are over $100/mo)."

"Employees are managed constantly, with no room to breathe."

"The work ethics and the work environment in Capital One are really very good. I enjoyed every moment working in Capital One since the work is good, with no work pressure. I can work from anywhere within the office. The whole team was encouraging. It was really great to be a part of Capital One."

"I feel when you are good at your skills, good at explaining what you know, and speak what you know and confidently, the job is yours."

"In my opinion, everything is good at Capital One. I don't feel there is something which Capital One needs to change. Everything is really great at Capital One."

"I am thankful for the management. They are really encouraging. They always help you. They really appreciate your good work."

"Don't do it. They will underpay you and treat you like crap. Only full-time employees have any rights. Contracts are throw-away people."
