"The company in itself was great because of the training and the administrative tasks that I was expected to complete. I really enjoyed that part of my job because I'm a really operational and organized person."

"Make sure you apply if you're ready to come to work every day ready to work. The teller managers run the branch and there is a lot of work and multi-tasking and organization processes that must be completed. You have to pay attention to deadlines and make sure you use your time wisely."

What don't you like about working at Capital One?

"When we went through the merger from Chevy Chase Bank to Capital One Bank, there were a lot of unclear directions for how things were filed and the different processes during the day, and with my position being to keep everything filed correctly and in proper regulation, it was hard to get clarification from district executives on how to do it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just make sure that communication is always there and there is an open door policy for any questions, because it's better to do it right the first time other than having to go back and fix it multiple times due to lack of information."
