What do you like about working at Best Buy?

"The atmosphere was always exciting while also focused on getting the job done. One of our mottos was, Having fun while being the best, and there was a certain pride we put into our work because of that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be persistent. Many times it's easy to fall between the cracks with Best Buy during the interview process. Don't be afraid to call and remind them that you're excited to work for them."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"The scheduling system was always different from week to week, and many times we had to go back and make changes after the schedule was posted because we were scheduled during times we had listed as unavailable for school."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what you're doing as far as encouraging the sales people and giving motivation to meet sales goals, etc."
