"The opportunity to use various Microsoft technologies, the flexibility of working from home, and the close relationship between IT and the actual business function."

"Always take charge and bring new ideas to the table. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment and if you are IT, think outside of the box and be an innovator."
What don't you like about working at Hess?
"Timid to give younger employees the opportunity to be promoted to team lead or management positions. Because of the focus on the business in the energy market, IT is sometimes overlooked as a contributor to its success."

"Reward IT employees who have contributed to growth of the business on an equal level."

"CBI was an amazing place to work at. The CEO was great, along with the rest of the employed staff. Everyday challenges were met and overcome and new skills learned and improved upon constantly along the way."

"Your fellow coworkers are great people and Denise, the CEO, is a great lady who always takes the time to hear any comments/concerns you may have with anything under the sun. You will truly feel like a part of the team at CBI."

"The compensation was horrible. I was unable to support my modest cost of living based upon the very meager salary offered."

"Compensate employees appropriately! Otherwise management did a wonderful job and I am grateful for everything they have provided me and my coworkers."
