"I've been working at Antech for 6 years now and overall I enjoy my experience. However, the information technology used internally is in desperate need of an upgrade. I feel the tools used for work should be of high quality in order to maximize efficiency, but that quality just isn't there at Antech."

"The company did not have a good management at all. They watch or monitored everyone in the lab, which really made us very nervous. HR shows favoritism. President talks to employees like they are nothing. You work until you finish so there is no set schedule. Sometimes there is not enough work so you barely get 8 hrs. This company shows no loyalty to employees, firing people who have worked there for years."

"Ask alot of questions about the working environment, the professionalism there, and if they can be interview at a time when most of the employees are working there just to get the feel of the lab."

"No room to work. Some unprofessional behavior and conducts. Poor Ventilation."

"Strict on professionalism. Immediate corrective actions. Improve working environment. Be more selective on hiring employees."

"Work schedule not flexible and staff disrespectful. Atmosphere very bad....tension, stress, and male staff members glance at female staff inappropriately. Performing work load that requires 3 people that is given to 1 person. Parking lot very small."
