"They constantly change your agency contract and bonus structure and it never seems to benefit the agent although they always claim it does. My agency brings in about 130,000/yr but after expenses 50000 is about all that is left. We keep having rates increased and you hardly have time to sell to new customers because of the barrage of angry calls you get from your current ones who are angry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do what you say. Quit making these idiotic changes and telling us how good they are when you know they aren't. We know you work for the company and don't give a hoot about us."
