"Old and obsolete test cases can sometimes not get properly pruned, resulting in long test scenarios that are eventually revealed to be testing objects that do not require testing at all or are obsolete."

"Communication with all managers before starting a multi-manager project or report is essential to avoid large delays from multiple managers constantly changing parameters or details."
