"I think the only thing I didn't like was the financial status the company experienced, that caused them to restructure and lay off individuals such as myself. I really enjoyed working there."

"I think that the recession affected everyone. I would have thought it would have been better to cut hours, as opposed to layoffs."

"Possibly open up the chain of command for employee suggestions. Streamline the adjusting process and automate it through technology."

"I enjoyed working for AIG and individuals contained in both offices in Atlanta and San Antonio. We worked well together and assisted one another. I received excellent support from the Region and Home Office."

"The closure of the San Antonio office was difficult as I had hoped that AIG would assist the staff in relocating them elsewhere, however this did not happen."

"I would like to rejoin the family at AIG in the near future in a management level position."
