"No overly high pressure, friendly atmosphere, great people."

"Greedy and stupid upper top management, that nearly destroyed otherwise excellent, profitable company."

"Cut expenses by reducing your own perks, salaries and benefits, not by laying off the workers."

"I was hired at AIG for a short project. I wanted to see if this profession would fit me, but in the end, it was not something I wanted to do."

What do you like about working at AIG?

"I liked the fact that it was at the time, a Fortune 500 company. An international company with an abundant amount of employees. I also liked the corporate environment."

"I would advise them to research the position that they are applying for as well as the company before they fully commit to the position that they desire."

What don't you like about working at AIG?

"I didn't like their techniques as far as training new associates. It seemed unorganized and at times, unhelpful."

"I would suggest better strategical methods with training, and also maintaining efficient ways to get the job done faster."
