"If you can hang on long enough; your future will be good. The problem is ...IF you can hang on long enough."

"After having worked under Mother Aetna, I could really tell that changes had occurred. There was no more job security. Everyone was at each others throats just trying to hang on to your job. When at one time supervisors had been great to work with, were now looking to just catch you doing something wrong. Very Stressful Environment!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I understand that the main objection is to make money; however, you loose money every time an employee walks out. You have to spend money looking for someone to fill that spot. Then more money is spent training that new person. The down time that is taken just trying to get that person up to speed is another big expense. Aetna, remember the good times - Treat Your Employees Well. They want kindness; not just money."
