Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Life is too short to work for such a miserable company. There are many, many other companies out there that provide better structure, team environment, support, and career experience with the same or greater pay. Don't be fooled. Try to find some ex-ADPers in the position you are applying for, and get the scoop directly from them."

What don't you like about working at ADP?

"I dislike the very catty internal politics with senior management and destructive gossip that does not build team camaraderie or foster a healthy environment. Those who do well drink the cool aid and tend to be somewhat fake akin to a politician. It is more difficult to work with internal operations and management than it is to sell the service to a company. Most of the road blocks to a new sale are internal.
