"It was awesome working at Accenture. It gave me an opportunity for daily client interaction. I mentored the new joiners in the team. I developed many technical and business skills along with enhancing my leadership and communication skills. I learnt to work under pressure and meet all the deadlines within SLAs. I would like an opportunity to work at Accenture again."

"They treat people like a dirt. You may not have a salary raise. You may be a hard worker but this is not an option for them. It is a Soviet Style Enterprise Company where your performance depends on attending community meetings but not a hard work."

"They treat people like a dirt. You may be a hard worker but they don't care. As long as you are politically active such as attending community meetings. Otherwise the more and better you work, the worse is for you. If you don't talk to your manager but you do your job, you may not get a good performance. That sucks. Many talented/skilled people left Accenture. Most of the Accenture teams on site are technically weak."
