"I've worked with Accenture since 2013. I have worked with great people and have learned so much from them. After 6 years I am ready to try another company and to experience different leadership style."
"I have been employed at Accenture since 2018. Accenture's workplace culture is centered around their core values; CORBIS: Client Value Creation, One Global Network, Respect for the Individual, Best People, Integrity, and Stewardship. These core values are a foundation for what makes Accenture a successful company which employs over 300,000 people all over the globe."
"I've been working for Accenture for the past 5 months and it's been an enlightening experience, I've learned a lot of about myself and what I can contribute as a team and how my leadership skills come into play. This job has taught me a lot but I've reached a point where I can definitely find more use for my skills in a more challenging environment."

"Accenture is a great place to work. Accenture provides continues career growth for employees. Depending upon the client there is much more flexibility at work. There are opportunities to learn new technologies and employees at Accenture are rewarded and recognized for their work done. There are continuous challenges at work."
"Great company! Love it but the traveling... not so much!"
"Some projects don't allow much work/life balance even though they talk about it so much in the orientation. Worked a lot of weekends during my year here. I was paid overtime though. They hired me as a Software Engineer but I have not touched a single line of code yet. You will be able to do different things which is good and bad. Although I'm not getting to program, I am learning other things such as SOAP UI and SQL Developer."
"Good company, people are nice."
"I have worked with Accenture for almost 8 years now. Good core values and culture. Company with a good vision."
"They tell you one rate, then when you get the contract it is a lower rate. My supervisor actually asked me to lie about a co-worker who wasn't doing ANY work - I was told to cover this up and make sure the client didn't find out."
"I've worked for Accenture since 2011. I've found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer retention. The company employs around 200000 people and has over 50 locations in global."
"I have worked for Accenture for 2 years and it is a wonderful company with a lot of opportunity for lateral transfers and exciting assignments. Be prepared to travel 4-5 days per week and be patient and prepared for promotions to take a long time to accrue."
"A good company of people to work with but the management was bloated and rather unprofessional."
