"I dislike everything. The manager was a pure racist and did unethical things and should be revealed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the contract station relations manager and his colleagues who came from California and Dallas, and start over with honest, educated, and more experienced staff who care about people and policy."

"I like the atmosphere, working with the public, and learning new things every day."

"Be honest."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"It is only part-time. There is nothing not to like."

"AAA has made some changes over the last 10 years, but not to the best interest of their employees or members."

"I liked working with the customers and fellow staff members."

"Don't make changes that were made years before and did not work then, as they won't work a second time."

"Working with the technicians and the camaraderie was exceptional. On the job learning and several classes were given throughout my employment."

"Keep talking to everyone at all times, and confront management with any rumors or problems brought up to you."

"I disliked the talking behind others' backs to management, and the inability for superiors to correct this situation."

"Be open to all employees. Do not let personal relationships run the office."

"I liked the members/consumers and some staff."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"I disliked the oppressive hostile environment that employees have to endure. I disliked the micromanaging and no respect of an employee's past successes, and continually having to work under threats of warnings and termination. Lies, lies, lies! It was a very unprofessional environment, and there was no protection for the employee from the corruption."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do unto others as you wish to be done unto yourself."

"It used to be a nice place to work, with not so much politics."

"They have to find out themselves."

"I disliked new managements and also new politics."

"Treat people right and with respect."

"A for quality but two more were needed! One A was not good enough."

"The atmosphere was great. The management team was willing to work with you and help you with your career. I really felt like I was helping people, and when I was promoted, I was able to shine by helping my fellow employees make their goals as well."

"I didn't like that they closed down the department I was working in."

"I did not like the half hour lunch breaks."

"Try to implement a more macro style of management than the annoying micro style."

"It's a good company, but if you're looking to further your education, it's not the place to start. It's more of a career-minded workplace."

"It is too slow of a pace doing only life insurance."

"Give notice to the people who work hard."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"Working for a CA based company, I often felt they did not have a pulse on the UT market. I found myself pushing market data and demographic illustrations to the main office. As a commissioned sales rep this was somewhat of a frustration."

"AAA is a great place to work, but I think if we hadn't merged with AAA California, we could have been a much better club."

What do you like about working at AAA?

"My co-workers feel that I'm very knowledgeable and feel they can come to me about anything. I love the people, I love the location, and I love what I do."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"I don't like that we've merged with AAA California, and they are taking our jobs to either AAA Texas or AAA California."

"I like the talented, committed people, plus the excellent benefits."

"Be sure to ask about personal growth opportunities and exactly how they see you fitting in."

"I dislike the lack of career opportunity and income growth."
