"They only hire whom they like and keep whom they want."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"I dislike everything. The manager was a pure racist and did unethical things and should be revealed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the contract station relations manager and his colleagues who came from California and Dallas, and start over with honest, educated, and more experienced staff who care about people and policy."

"I disliked the oppressive hostile environment that employees have to endure. I disliked the micromanaging and no respect of an employee's past successes, and continually having to work under threats of warnings and termination. Lies, lies, lies! It was a very unprofessional environment, and there was no protection for the employee from the corruption."

"Do unto others as you wish to be done unto yourself."

"Working for a CA based company, I often felt they did not have a pulse on the UT market. I found myself pushing market data and demographic illustrations to the main office. As a commissioned sales rep this was somewhat of a frustration."
