"Management doesn't bother to fix the terrible communication issues - The job was more stressful than any other job, as the people were fake, hostile, and toxic. The interdepartmental communication was the worst, and people like me couldn't wait to get out of here permanently."

These issues stemmed from the top down, with our supervisor being the main catalyst for the destructive culture that had taken hold. Our supervisor was not only inept at fostering a positive work environment but also displayed a pretentious demeanor that further exacerbated the tensions among employees."
