What do you like about working at Wyeth?

"I really liked the professional and personal growth opportunities I have encountered while working at Wyeth. It has really given me the opportunity to grow not only as individual but in all terms of my life. Being part of this company have really exposed me to many things challenging things that have help me mature, make good decisions as well have given me the opportunity to give a well family support in my house. I have lots of benefits package such as 401K, long and short term disability plans, dental and medical plan, I make my masters degree which they cover 90% and a lot of things. I really enjoy being part of this company and I feel part of it as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"be honest, willing to be the best, work hard and more of all be open to change, innovation and transition"

What don't you like about working at Wyeth?

"I really like everything as in all jobs of this type of industry what I really don't like is that sometimes we have to sacrifice our quality time with our family due to the work we have and our commitment as well. In addition I don't have so many days of vacations to share with my family. However I guess this is part of the nature of working in this type of industry which keeping business running is a must."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In terms of management suggestions the only thing I can suggest is a little bit more of communication with the people."
