"Great folks, felt like working with family. I truly enjoyed my two years with the company. I found it was like any other place...had its great times and had its bad times. The only thing I would say is negative, is leadership above the plant need to think and act more long term and what is the right course for the business in the long run, not focused on the near term or how to game the system to achieve their bonus."
